Welcome.
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government and International Studies at the Hong Kong Baptist University. Before joining HKBU, I worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government and Public Administration at University of Macau. I received my Ph.D. in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Hong Kong (2018), an M.Phil and an MA in Social Sciences from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and an LL.B from Shanghai International Studies University. Currently, my research interests include public policy on digital government transformation, emergency management, and politics of information especially the information management in authoritarian regimes Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. |
